Set the pattern used for the IntlDateFormatter.

fmt: The formatter resource.
pattern: New pattern string to use.

Возвращаемые значения

Возвращает TRUE в случае успешного завершения или FALSE в случае возникновения ошибки. Bad formatstrings are usually the cause of the failure.
